Honest Insights — staff engagement

Employee engagementAnonymous surveysStaff retention

The challenge

Business owners and managers know that staff morale, communication and retention matter — but the reality is that time is limited, resources are stretched, and day-to-day priorities usually take over. The result is that problems quietly grow until someone hands in their notice.

The approach

Using anonymous employee engagement surveys, I ask the questions businesses often don't have time to ask and give staff a safe, confidential way to answer honestly. The feedback is turned into practical actions that help businesses retain, value and support their people.

The outcome

A more engaged team. A clearer understanding of staff needs. Better internal communication. Practical quick wins. Improved morale and greater staff retention. A business culture where people feel heard and valued.

Veterinary marketingPet industryUK-wide outreach

The challenge

A pet health brand needed to grow awareness and trial of a new product by placing it directly into trusted veterinary environments across the UK. Pet owners needed confidence and education, while busy veterinary practices needed a simple, practical way to introduce the product without adding pressure to their teams.

The approach

A structured UK-wide veterinary practice outreach campaign was delivered to drive product trial and awareness. This included engaging practices, managing sign-ups and data, coordinating third-party suppliers and mailing houses, and overseeing sample fulfilment, budgets and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.

The outcome

The campaign secured sign-up from over 800 veterinary practices across the UK, creating strong national reach within a trusted pet care environment. It demonstrated the value of practical outreach, strong supplier coordination and clear delivery management in turning a brand awareness objective into measurable participation and real-world product exposure.

Animal healthVeterinary engagementClinical communications

The challenge

An animal health brand needed to deepen its relationships with veterinary practices and increase recommendation rates among clinical staff. The brand had strong product credentials but lacked a structured approach to practice engagement, leaving sales reps without consistent marketing support.

The approach

Developed a practice engagement programme combining targeted communications, educational content for clinical teams and a structured follow-up sequence. Materials were designed to be practical for busy veterinary professionals — clear, credible and easy to act on — with messaging aligned to clinical outcomes rather than commercial pressure.

The outcome

Stronger, more consistent relationships with key veterinary practices. Clinical staff better informed and more confident recommending the product. A repeatable engagement framework the sales team could use independently — reducing reliance on ad hoc activity and improving the quality of every practice visit.
